 Ok so I jsut got the game, and did the lil intro and the seeker says thats BS, now I'm at the part where you can import your files from DAO. but I can't seem to change Hawkes looks besdies present. Why? my skin is blacked out and so are the other look choices

Try to pull the preset slider past the first two 'default Hawke' options and it should unlock customization.
