hi is there any way to enable onhit effects on bows. like editing a specific gda file or is this hard coded?
i searched gda files and scripts for quite some time now but sofar came up empty,
thanks for any hints

well, for my part, I'm not that far into the possibilities offered by the Toolset...
I'm pretty much playing around with area/dialogue creation... Next will be cinematics...
But my guess is that you need to add effects on arrows...not bows...

you are right adding effects to arrows works.i try to accomplish working runes for bows/xbows. therfore i need to get onhit effects on bows working.

hi, i know this thread is old but i just want to give an idea. Why not try to change the number of arrow in magic arrow quiver? maybe set it to 99999 or something like that, so you actually have a magic bow ? Still, bow lacks the animation of runed weapon like flame etc.. that's disappointing =.=
