Fool's Rush in glitch - After killing the groups of baddies and getting the quest marker to go into the Chantry, you are unable to select the door to enter. I tried changing characters, exiting and re-entering the area, then finally moved on with the Deep Roads. The quest marker would move all over your characters but would never hit the door, so you'd get just stand there brandishing your weapon. Door will not open.
3 years pass into act II, and I am now unable to recruit her.

Yeah this just happened to me, this also was a problem in the demo, Bioware said they would fix it, but clearly they didn't.

Glitches are bound to happen. I plan on playing multiple playthroughs, so I'm fine. Just so long as they are aware.

This happened to me as well. It seems to be triggered by clicking on the body too early. You have to wait and let Isabella tell you to search the bodies for clues. Then the quest will progress normally. I reloaded to a previous save and had no problems. Sorry it didn't work out for you dude. Always next time.
