I heard one of the most amusing background conversations last night but I missed the middle bit because one of my friends picked THAT EXACT MOMENT to call.
Basically, my Hawke did Fenris, got irritated with him afterward when he more or less dumped her and ran off to Anders.

Anders: You're an idiot for leaving Hawke.
Fenris: Well you seemed eager enough to step into my place.
Then they bicker a bit and I missed it but Isabella was in the party so she chimes in.
Isabella: Stop fighting like two dogs over a **** in heat!
Fenris: We were arguing about Hawke, not you.

My character's had basically the same conversation, but my Hawke was never with Anders, although he was hitting on her alot.

I'm currently on The Blackpowder Courtesy quest and doing the part where the crazed elf has set off the poison in an alleyway. For some reason I decided to take Aveline along and leave Isabela and I'm glad I did because she said a line that cracked me up.

My Hawke suggested that we sit this one out and let her guards handle this matter to which Aveline replied:
"How about I shove a canary up your coal mine?"
I had to pause the game I was laughing so hard.

Isabela: People care about you....like.....aveline

This amused me, because it was so random.

(Hawke says something cranky when meeting Merrill).

Anders I'm Anders. Don't pay any attention to his grumpiness. I'd say he was having an off day, but he's like this every day."

Also:

Anders: I'd never thought I'd be pal-ing around with he city guard.
Aveline: we're not pails.
Anders: What about when we painted eachothers toenails?

Finally:

(Hawke kills the dwarf in the Blackpowder quest. Anders just shake his head).
Hawke (in a deadpan): He was bothering me.

The delivery seriously cracked me up.

Act II. Having flirted with Anders, and slept with Isabella and Fenris, I got something like:

Anders: I will never know what Hawke sees in you.
Fenris: Don’t make light of this. Leaving her was the hardest thing I’ve ever done.
Isabella: Oh, will you two get over yourselves. I did her too.

Aveline has a comment during the hilarious (and uncomfortable) quest to pair her up with Donnic if you are romancing somebody. During the conversation, you can ask about why it's so difficult for her. I romanced Isabella, so Aveline says:

Isabela: Huh?
Sebastian: I just... don't understand why you're working with Hawke. You don't seem to care about anything you do.
Sebastian: What's keeping you here?
Isabela: Mostly the sex. Hawke is an absolute tiger between the sheets. I mean all night, every night.
Isabela: Oh cute! You're blushing.

It's the same comment from Hawke for Anders and Fenris romances.  In both cases Aveline says something about the danger of your lives, though I don't remember what.

In the Bloomingrose during the Ninette quest, if you ask the elf for his 'other services' and have Bethany in your party, she objects. I didn't write the whole dialog down, but it goes something like:

Hawke: Alright, I'll take your other services.
Bethany: Ugh...do you have to do this right now?
Hawke: Nevermind. I'll come back later.
Bethany: It's too late. The images are already burned into my mind and they will never, ever go away.

Anders: In the Circle, they make it sound like the Void itself. The Black Divine, stalking Thedas, making it unsafe for kittens and virgins.
Hawke: I haven't noticed too many of either in Kirkwall.
Anders: (Laughs) And fewer every day, I suspect.


The Bad Poet in the Hanged Man is good for a few laughs.
"You know Isabela, don't you? Do you think I should compare her to a scintillating biscuit or a lonely outcropping of rock?"
"What rhymes with 'cornucopia'?"


The Viscount, early in Act II:
"I'm preparing for the worst. The very worst. This may require absorbent linens."

Anders: (Laughs) From what I hear about the Tevinters, that's the last thing they would want.  About the virgins anyway.  I haven't heard of any horrific...kitten rituals.

At least with an abomination, you can see them coming. They go "Grrr. Argh."  Oh no, is that an abomination coming to eat us?  We should get out of here!
Anders: Abominations don't go "Grr. Argh."
Isabela: They don't? I guess I need to rethink this whole thing then.
