I forget exactly what Isabela said when I took her there but it was something (totally paraphrased and probably wrong) like, "Bone Pit, eh?  I knew of a brother called the Bone Pit...nothing like this, of course."

Hawke: (Sighs) I'm going to regret asking you to continue, aren't I?

Isabela: He can't find a saw. (Laughs) I had you there! You thought I was going to say something dirty! (Laughs)

She's completely cracking up during that last line, it's hilarious.

And of course, Bodahn's story about how he found Sandal, and saying, almost in tears, "I don't know what's going to happen to him when I'm gone."
Then Sandal says, "I like pie!"

Anders: Alright! Just say it.
Sebastian: Say...what?
Anders: You were looking at me. Judging me!
Sebastian: I was looking at the clouds.
Anders: Just say it. I can't control myself. I have no right fighting for mages rights when I'm half a demon myself!
Sebastian: That one looks like a bunny rabbit.
Merril: I saw that one too!

Fenris: Turn who in?
Sebastian: We are in the company of maleficar, so why not turn them in?
Merril: You talking about me!?!
Fenris: They're Hawke's friends. You need to take that up with Hawke.

Fenris: No. I'm going to save myself the headache. He'll make horrible jokes or something. Do it yourself.

That seriously cracked me up, mainly because I wasn't expecting it at all.

I love Anders' conversation with Sebastian about his Andraste belt buckle. I felt like Isabela should have involved herself in that conversation.
