I thought all the dialogue in "The Long Road" quest was comedic gold (I never expected Aveline to have such a hilarious quest - big kudos to whoever came up with it), honestly. I especially liked when Aveline said something along the lines of "All right, I'll need...three goats and a sack of wheat, and you'll give them to his mother" plus Hawke's expression afterwards - priceless.

Edit: Oh, and let's not forget "And it's a real nice night for an evening."

It's really cool how the writers made Aveline an awesome surprise for a lot of people who wrote her off before the game came out.  She's one of my favorites and I didn't really expect that going in.

Isabela: Step one, we go to Velasco. Step two, I don't know... something exciting happens. Step three, profit!

A lot of lines from Xenon. Don't, manhandle, the urchin... he is not for sale. Find your own!

And so many more.

Seriously this game is  so ****ing funny.

Also this marvelously poignant exchange.

Merrill: I love Hawke.
Aveline: You said that.
Merrill: I say it a lot. It makes things clearer, takes away doubt when everything is crazy and people are dying.
Aveline: I understand.
Merrill: Oh, good. Someone should.

Searching for the Qunari poison in an alley. Green fog, madness and death are lurking right behind the corner. People either go insane or die from violent vomitting.

Hawke: Madness, then lingering death. I suppose this qualifies as "dangerous".
Aveline: We missed the intial cloud. We'll be sane when we vomit up our guts.

Oh, Aveline.

I got this during one disasterous fight with a Mature Dragon, using Hawke with Varric, Aveline and Merrill.

Hawke goes down - Varric: "Hawke, don't worry - I'll save you!"

I switch to Merrill, Aveline goes down.

Merrill: "By the Creators, Aveline is down!"

Varric goes down - Merrill: "Varric, if you are faking I swear I will strangle you!"

If was worth dying just for that last line!

I've been playing my second playthrough as a highly sarcastic and comical fem!Hawke rogue, and it is TOO MUCH FUN. She cracks me up....when we were talking to Huon's wife in the alienage for On The Loose in Act 3, she asked if I wanted a dress. Of course, I answered with the humorous response, and  THAT is what my Kai Hawke said.
Had me rolling because there she is in her tough-as-nails Champion armor, and she's talking about ruffles...I love this character, and the voice acting for female Hawke is phenomenal!

"There's no such thing as a grue. Now, darkspawn--those are plenty real."

Merrill summarizing the plot with style:
"Everything affects everything. We were born, a bunch of things happened, and now we're in a mess with our friends."

"Arl your Eamon?"

Varric: She's my crossbow.
Fenris: But why Bianca? You must have named her after someone.

I've been doing this.  It's really awesome.  They didn't do that in Origins, did they?  It's a really nice touch, especially when your LI chimes in and sounds upset.

I *LOVE* the humorous Hawke.  Mostly because she is the only person who consistently thinks she's funny.   Most of the time the charming/funny response is met with a "WTF?" and the other person just gets angry, annoyed, or confused.  And it's SO GREAT.  She's not charming the pants off everyone she meets; she's just a strange woman with a stranger sense of humor.  I LOVE HER.
