I am having the same problems. The mouse pointer isn't where it should be, couldn't even confirm character selection. Switched to dx9 now rmb jumps all over the place when you try to click. Also my camera angle went all the way to the ground and it is like I am looking at the game with the camera laying on the ground. This really stinks, I took a day off of work just so I could really get into this and so far nothing but trouble, any suggestions from anyone?

I'm having a similar problem in my game. If I try to select a target during combat or an object like a door or crate not in combat, my pointer jumps right and down.
In order to select anything, I have to trap the pointer by moving the camera angles around so the pointer has no place to go. Very tiresome and frustrating. This didn't happen in the demo.
Display was very dark in the demo and is still dark in the game. Gamma is maxed out

I tried rick clicking on the DAII shortcut, there is no 'compatibility' menu anywhere nor the option to change the 'check disable display scaling '. I looked under all drop down menues and options.
