I ordered the game through D2D.  It downloaded and installed without any issues, but when it prompts me for my EA account info to activate the game it kicks back an error saying "Invalid email/password."

I've reset my EA account password 4 or 5 times now, but it still refuses my login info.  I can still log in here and to my EA master account (as you can see I was able to register my copy of the game) but DA2 won't acknowledge my account or let me play.

I tried the "create new account" option for the hell of it, but then it says I'm not connected to the internet... and I've already made an exception for DA2 in my firewall and AV software.  Any ideas?

...And apparently EA's live chat CSRs have no idea what the problem is either.

I was having an issue logging into the eastore website yet I logged in just fine to the ea download manager client... something funny is going on

Yeah I'm guessing it's a problem on their end, but I'm not finding much info here. I can log into DAO, and my ME games with this account, but DA2 still refuses my e-mail/password.

Back to the EA live chat queue...

I spoke with their live chat people and we tried a couple things including clearing my browser cache, diabling my firewall and virus checker, but to no avail. Apparently the Bioware site is down so he said try again later. So yeah something is going on.

Yeah, the last CSR I chatted with said as much.  Guess we'll just have to wait.
