I got the game from STEAM and I cant save my game. I know its when the games goes to save it keeps looping and no file gets written.  I like the game, I just dont like the idea of having to repeat the intro over and over again.

Yep. Me too. It's funny I tried to use the chat-based support provided by EA. After 2 hours the geniuses came up with "reinstall your game" as the solution. They even provided instructions that told you to hack the registry rather than use the uninstaller. I was even stupid (or desperate) enough to try it... yep, didn't work. There's 3 hours of my life I won't get back. I think the other people on this forum are right, this is a processor core issue and we need a patch. You think bioware would have learned to quit coding specifically for the XBox 360 architecture after the multi-core issue with Mass Effect 2. Guess not.

We've had similar reported issues on single-core machines - is that the case for you as well?

not sure if this is a single core issue. many quad and dual cores are having the issue. the never ending loop may be caused by a missing "save" subfolder for your character. since this is missing it cant end saving.

My machine kills any game including Dragon age Origins and ALL its addons
My son got his xbox version boom he has been playing for five hours and no matter what I do
Re installs different drives nothing chanes it after you get through the first part then switch up to and join by your family the second it does that the save inicator starts endlessly spinning and save and load do not work including quick saves

I downloaded the patch and the game works beautifully now. Thanks so much for addressing this issue. I know you could of simply waved this off by saying "your machine doesn't meet the minimum specs" but you went the extra mile and fixed this problem even when you didn't have to. Thanks so much for your efforts.
