 I just got the game on PS3 and my receipt said that to get the sword and shield I had to go to gamestop.com. I did so and found the instructions. It just said to log in to bioware.com and register the game, which I did. Still no sword and shield... What am I supposed to do?

Are you at your house yet? The bonus items are in your house in Lowtown, in a chest.

That's the thing. It's not in my house chest. I don't know why, all my other items were.

make sure that you went into your registered game add ons and register the items you might not have done it thats why its not popping up because thats what i did by mistake and now i have them n_n

having the same issue.
Boots, staff, sword and shield not showing up.
Blood armour showed up as well a few other things.

My issue is my Special Deliveries chest won't open at all. I unlocked the sword and shield which are supposed to be in the chest but the chest won't open!! This is ridiculous! This makes me not want to play this game anymore.

well i think what i might have done is my ea account is on a diffrent username that i use for my PS3 so i dont know if i can even get the Sword and Shield now T_T i regeistered it to the wrong account....

Having same problem. All of it says its registered and available in game on this website, but only the books show up. I got the Ser Isaac armor, and the tomes. Nothing else. I've registered for newsletter at the appropriate site, I only have this one EA/bioware account, I registered my game... Don't know what the problem is.

Same here. I show about 6 items on my profile page, but only 3 in the extras menu of the game.

WHY did they not just use redeemable codes, like the Xbox version? This is is soooooo stupid...

that is weird mine showed up automatically after i registered my game on here make sure ur ea account is the same as ur bioware acc that mite be the problem.
