 I went into the Mines in the forest after speaking with the Elf about her sister and I was captured. I assumed I woke in nothing but my underwear (Where my companions atleast had "clothes" on) I still had spare armour and items in my inventory but lost all of my expensive hard to get armour.

Now after defeating the first experiment I realized you will get your stuff back by killing them for each companion.

But I went everywhere I could inside the cave and never found the experiment wearing my armour, I got up to the bit where you fight the 3 dragons finished them off went to the next door (which takes you to world map) and closed it to check whether or not I should have my armour by now..

So anyway I read that you should have it before you leave the cave and not to leave if you don't because you can not get back in, Can anyone tell me what to do I really don't want to lose my armour and weapons.

Also I don't care for spoilers if you need to say them to tell me how I will get my stuff back but try not to say them unless you really need to to explain.
