I have registered all keys and codes on bioware.
Under my "Your Registered Game Content" I see:
"The Black Emporium" ....... Mor Info - PC.
Clicking "More Info-PC" tells me I need to download the file, install and restart the game.
So, I click "Download" in the little window.
The little window stays and takes me to a login screen. After typing login info, it says: "No download found."
I have tried numerous times, and nothing. I even tried copying the link from the "Download" option and running it in a separate window. What's up with that?
It seems bioware is having a problem remembering my login from one screen to the next...
Any help?
Also, when I login in the game, it pops up an error window that says A:\\DragonAge2.exe ... Drive Not Ready. A:\\ was traditionally a 3.5" floppy drive, why would it be linking to such a thing that no one even has anymore, much less when I am simply trying to logon in the game? I can hit ignore or continue and it takes me to the game, but I get that error.
Thanks.

I am also having this problem and now I can't even get the download instructions to pop up when I click the more info-pc link. It's maddening.

I just fixed the problem. I stupidly had a pop up blocker set up. I tried turning it off, but it didn't help, so I just crtl-alt click on the link and voila! Clicked on the download link and it downloaded.

I guess the forums were inundated yesterday with the new release. I just tried the download again today, and it worked as intended. And, I am no longer being logged out of this website. Perhaps they have a max-accounts logged in at a time that will kick others out as others log in. In any case, my logged-in status is ok today.
Thanks BIOWARE for keeping on top of the problems! 1-day of problems, for me anyway, is a lot better than some of the companies of other games I have gotten in the past.
