 HI, i pre-ordered dragon age 2 from game stop, to get the signature edition.
But i received it today, no code for Lion shield, or the sword.
When i registered the signature edition bonus(the thing that give emporium), it gave me the sword and shield.
So all i had was the code to register the game and the pass.
I received no email with code.

Is it normal?

What i want to know, by bioware, is it normal that it unlocked the shield and the sword or it is a bug and it will removed?(because if it is a bug, i need to contact gamestop to get a code for the shield and sword)
