I preordered dragon age 2 on steam and I'm trying to figure how to play the various content such as The Exalted Prince and The Black Emporium. Steam says the dlc is there and ready to go. But the game show a blank list under downloadable content, the game refers me to the social website.

I'm assuming I can use the steam code under the page labeled as this:
"POZOR!
odkupem tohoto kódu bude používat trvale, ujistěte se, že jste přihlášeni do svého účtu v-hra!"

I'm having a hard time figuring out why various parts of the websites are in different languages, and i have no idea how to make it english. Anyways I tried putting in the codes and it doesn't work. One code states the server won't reply, and the seems to register, but it doesn't do anything.

The website seems buggy all around, steam says on one page that dlc is ready to go, but on another page it says no dlc content exists.

Is the website just overloaded or is there a known issue with steam?

I've searched the forums and used google, can't find any relevant posts.

Also, it be nice if I didn't have to re-login ~100 times a day when using this website.
