I put it in on my laptop, downloaded it there but now I want to download it on my desktop and can't find it anywhere...

Nevermind - of course, as soon as I post anything about it on the forums, I find it:

From the left nav, go to Profile > Your registered game content

That is so frustrating I cant believe they have they page layout organized in such a way that most people cant find their content available to download. Thanks Abrakablam for point out where to go!

I checked, and I found that my Dragon Age2 content is on the PS3 and not on the PC. I don't even have that console! What is this crap?!

This is the forum for the DA2 Demo, not for the game, but none of the forums can do what you want. You need to contact EA, via their Help Site, and get in the queue for the Chatline.

Take your game back to the shop you bought it from. Ask them for a new disk/code.

Well EA support couldn't help at all for Xbox 360 problems, went on live chat with a technician, they even gave me new codes to put in AND checked i was putting them on the right account, after no success they said a "Senior" technician would get back to me within 24 hrs...

today i received an email from that "senior tech" and all they could provide was a standard troubleshooting template which almost boiled down to "turning the console off and on" it was that basic...

There is no hope lol

I didnt find any specific forum for my little problem, so imma post it here and see if any of you guys know the answer. I bought and downloaded the game on my "main" computer, looks like it had some problems. So the store offered me a laptop I could use till I get mine back. So I'm just wondering if I have to start the game all over again even though I'm on the same steam and EA account?

this is ticking me off im trying to get that shear something sword and the shield that comes with it i got the black emporium on there but not those items i used ever number from the game case to the little card inside of the case if you could let me know how to do it thanks

I finally got mine to work after I used all caps AND put in dashes. Hoping this helps someone/

When I was putting the code in ps3 store then it says its incorrect code or the code is no longer valid when i just opened the game and used it the first time. =/ is it only me?

wait so do you use the card you get in the game case and the letters need to be all caps adding the dashes
