You guys should talk to EA support, just give them the code, and maybe they'll give you a new one.. I had a similar problem, they registered the code for me.

You go and ask for help from them and you end up being told that the game you purchased is not legit. Maybe this is one reason why gamers jail-break their systems...

I've had the same problem for a week now (only bought it recently). I have the online pass code right in front of me and I've entered it in several times just to make sure it wasn't user error. I contacted EA support and I have to provide a photo of the code, game case, and receipt with my signature. Ugh! I'll be lucky if my Sony Ericsson W580i-lack-quality gives them a decent shot. I'm wondering if it's really worth the hassle just for the Black Emporium...

Gerrit19 - I can see from your profile you haven't registered the game yet. Have you tried to register the game on your BioWare profile to see if that can assist you? If you are on console, you will need to use all12 digits by the UPC code on the back of the box. For PC, you will need to use the code you have for installation. Please register your game and post back if you still don't have access to the Black Emporium.

I just downloaded the DLC for all the in-game character addons but it says i have to redeem a code to install it. What the hell? I have no freakin clue what code they are talking about or where to find it. Can anyone help me please?

I had the same issue. Bought the game in switzerland, playing in Mali, west africa. Resolved the problem in 10 mins. Got into a live a chat with support. Scanned reciept, back of game with UPS, promo flyer, and back of manual with registration code and got a new code that worked instantly.

MasterKronk - there's a flyer inside your game dvd box. Says something like "ACTIVATE YOUR DRAGON AGE II ONLINE PASS and then there's a 12 digit code XXXX-XXXX-XXXX which you can input via the PS3 online store or on the web.
