For the PS3 you will need to activate the code from the PSN Store or from the Account Management Screen. On that screen you should see an option to Redeem Code. Input the code without the dashes and, if valid and unused previously, you will activate the Online Pass.

For Xbox 360, you will do the same process through the Xbox Marketplace.

Mucci - You will also need to register the entire 12 digit UPC code on the back of your game box on this website to authenticate any DLC.

You will need to login here, http://social.bioware.com, highlight "Profile" from the menu on the left and select Register Game. Select the platform you are wanting to register and take the 12 digit UPC code found near the scanner/barcode to register your console version.

My passcode doesn't work either....it's not expired since it says it's until march 31, 2012
I entered the code 3 times and still they say it's an error... what gives?!

I had this problem as well, but then I fixed it ... I feel rather stupid though, and I'm sort of ashamed to say what the problem was but if it helps even 1 person I probably should mention it ...

in my redeem code, I kept thinking it was a "G" ... It was the number 6, not a "G". changed that in my code and it worked. The font is a bit confusing ...

When I typed in the code it said it was already redeemed, and could not be redeemed again and I have checked my registered content and everything, so I took the code back to the store and got a new one only to realise when I got home I got the PS3 one (not Xbox which is the console I have). does anyone know what I can do? (don't tell me to go to any of the ea.help thing, they don't have a solution to the "already redeemed problem".

does anyone know how to unlock the items playing the game on facebook. well on the same sheet of paper that i got the online pass code that does not want to work also it says something about me playing the game on facebook and it will unlock items on the game... if anyone knows anything about this let me know or write to me at latinajessypr@yahoo.com... thank you for helping...

i bought the game and then i was trying to install it but they only gave me the DLC online pass their was like 5 boxes but my one only had 4 then i look every where but i could not even find it now i am just feeling wasted i spent $45 and i don't get to play it
