Anyone else unable to select any pre-set for appearance, or modify the character portrait?  It's entirely greyed out for me.  The only thing I can do is change my name and history.

I can select presets, but can't customize.

 I found posted on another thread that if you pull your preset slidebar past the 2nd option (to the 3rd preset) then the other "custom" options become available. 

Of course, if you can't even access the presets this probably doesn't help you...

Thanks for the reply - I feel really stupid but I realized that the initial in-game gamma was so dark on my screen I couldn't see where to move the Present Slider. I thought I had to click on the word "Preset" or press "down" to highlight it. The gamma just made it look greyed out / dysfunctional.

I read another post about editing a file to make the gamma in game much brighter so I could see how the sliders work... lol
