Is it too late to start the Exiled Prince content?
I am getting it tomorrow, and ready to go on the expedition right now.
Will going on it pass a "no going back" point for getting Sebastian?
After you leave for the expedition...

It's possible. His quest is available in Act 1, but it may still be there in Act 2. If you do his quest in Act 1, though, he is able to be recruited in Act 2. That may very well mean only Act 1.

How do you even know what act you are on, or what act the next quest is on ? When does act 2 start, for example.

You know when there's a timeskip. After the first year passes, you're in Act 1. This is where you'll be doing the expedition. After the expedition, you're in Act 2 because once again there is a timeskip.

After the expedition can I start The Exiled Prince; or do I miss my chance by not starting it before?
