So I am trying to run the high res pack with a res of 1440x900 and the game seems to load up fine, but when I get to the main menu its like my mouse is off. I have to hold it up and to the right away from the selections toget  anything to line up. Its like my resolution is off center or something. Any ideas?

oops, just posted in existing thread. Look on first page for "mouse calibration is way off". No definitive answer from BioWare yet.
