Someone told me that if you request that the Circle of Magi is freed, in the epilogue it says Cullen goes nuts and starts slaughtering mages.  Nothing was said in my game, maybe I did a Persuade check with him or something and passed, hmm?

I believe it's a bug with the slideshow (it's pretty bug-ridden. I bet you got the slide saying the Dalish were given land - assuming you didn't kill them that is). I think the slides to do with Cullen only show if you make Anora sole ruler. Could be wrong though.
