Yeah lol, in that case you would need to be patient. Really, there's always bound to be complications during a game's release. But, just to clarify...you did sign into your EA account when you loaded up Dragon Age 2 on your console, right?

I ask only because when I first started Dragon Age 2 I checked the Extras menu to see what I had unlocked or what was available for unlocking and everything was greyed out for me. I understood this beforehand however, so when I connected to the internet and signed into my EA account (the same one I use to post here) it synced up w/ my game and the items I unlocked became available.

Yes I allready signed in and everything, I got my bonus item from facebook but not the staff of parthalan and also the register game bonus item

Another possible reason why it isn't working is that the problem is likely that the "unlockables" menu is not properly reflecting what is actually unlocked on your account right away (it will eventually). - Luke Barrett [View Post]

A possible solution, however, is also taken from Luke's post:

• [Even with the issue above...] this does not, however, reflect what you will actually find in the Special Deliveries chest in Gamlen's house.

If your account is entitled to any particular item you should do the following:

• Verify that your EA Online account directly matches your Social.Bioware.com account login
• Verify that you are in fact logged in to the EA Online Account
• Go to Gamlen's House in lowtown and check inside the Special Deliveries chest for your items

So, check to see if the items you have unlocked are in Gamlen's house if you haven't checked their already or recently (zoning out and then back in). They might actually be there and the status between what you've already unlocked and what should be shown in the game's Extras menu is simply just delayed.

Thanks man. I have been trying to find a way to unlock it for the PS3. Saved me alot of hassle of trying to find the answer on google.

It lists all of the promos that I have on this website but when I go into the game it only gave me some of them. I haven't gotten the Staff of Parthalan or Hindsight even though it shows on this website that I have unlocked them. The rest of the promos it shows me on this site work except for those two. I have checked Gamlen's Special Delivery chest multiple times and this is starting to get frustrating.

Hmm, I'm not sure what the issue is there. Try doing a search on the forums to see if there is a solution to that, otherwise I really have no idea yet.

Jesus ive tried everything even wasted my time with the live chat idiots on EA support who give you the same bs answer. Sir its unlocked follow these directions below log in go to extras and verfiy they are in the unlockables and then start a new game or resume old game and should be in the house in your chest. I have registered for the newletter via the staff of parthlan link about 20 times already i get the same stupid message saying sucess your have unlocked it so on so forth visit your regesitered in game content . My game account is linked to my ea log in and PSN id is showing correct. I am always log on the internet when I play and the game is login into the ea account. ANyone else have any ideas how to get the staff cause I am tired of talking to the EA support staff that wastes my time by taking forever to respond and when they do its I dont know or have you tried again.

   Hahahah thats the same exact BS answer i got from the customer support service live chat, i think thats thier way of telling you to F yourself and bye so they dont have to deal with it.

I tried going to the link you had posted and all is said was that I did not meet the requirements to view the page. I tried singing into my EA account and it still said the same thing. Then I turned my computer off and on and tried again, still said the same thing.

im having the same problem... i have Hindsight, Staff of Parthalan, Ivo Family Crest, Boots of the Frozen Wastes, Dura's Blue Flame, Air of Confidence, Evra's Trophy Belt, Evra's Might, Blood Dragon Armor, Fadeshear and The Lion of Orlais unlocked in my registered game content... but they just wont load in my PS3... only Hayder's Razor, Lothering's Lament and The Far Cliffs of Kirkwall appear as unlocked... but i know the account it's right cuz my characters lvl keep synced in my bioware profile profile and my new trophies appear in an hour or so...
any hint, help or comment?
EA support told me they don have the codes to make them work... that i should try after the PC Limited Edition release... idk why

I'm having the same problems....is there still not a fix yet? I've registered too many times and it shows up on the website but is still greyed out in the game. Why can't they just make a download for it on the playstation store? Would save so much trouble.
