I concur with "TheBlackChidori" and "desta". each time I register for an EA newsletter i get:
ERROR: Newsletter signup currently unavailable.
I signed up about 4x or more and the message repeats itself. If there is a solution, Can we get it another way?

I found a solution, (hope it works as well as it did with me) I went to EA help, NOT THE LIVE CHAT, email them, they help a lot more

So is there any way to get it now? In this year? Cuz I never heard about Dragon Age until I randomly saw it on the store and decided to try it out. Everywhere I go all it tells me is to sign up for the news letter like everyone else, did everything you guys did

Everywhere I go all it tells me is to sign up for the news letter like everyone else, saying that I can still do so, did everything you guys did, typed in my stuffs and then BOOM! "Error: News-letter singup is currently unavailable." I've been trying to get it to work for months, but nothing and I don't know what to ****ing do because I'm pissed at it and the fact that it should either be a purchasable dlc or everything that you can't simply buy from the store should be taken off of the main menu in the game.

having same issues as well. Bioware gave out all the bonus in game Items for DAO & DA2 as a holiday thank you gift. I have all the in game bonus items showing up in the game except for this staff, what gives its showing on my registered game content page but not in game. why is this?
