Here are a few tips if you want to have a better chance of getting your technical issues solved by the community...

When reporting a problem, be sure to post your system specs first, the more specs the better.

Operating System (x86/64x):
Graphics Card:
CPU :
GFX Driver Version:
Sound Card:

Here are some questions to answer which may help...

How did you purchase the game? (Steam, Hard Copy, D2D, etc..)
Does the problem occur randomly?
Can you repeat the error or issue?
Are any error messages popping up?

Most importantly, calmly state what the problem is in as much detail as possible. Believe me, I know how much it sucks buying a new game and it doesn't run but saying something like "WTF BIOWARE MAI GAME DUNT START" is going to get you nowhere.

I know we have many computer savvy people on these forums, and if we can be a bit organized I'm sure we can figure out some of the issues.  One of the benefits of playing on PC is sometimes we can solve our own problems unlike waiting for a console patch!

I appreciate what you're doing here, but I don't think you should downplay the importance of the "WTF BIOWARE MAI GAME DUNT START" posts. Releasing a broken game is not acceptable, and if they have to deal with some stink on their forums because of it, so much the better.

Thanks Tasty Burger! There are more of you than there are of us so it comes down to simple case of numbers. If you guys are able to band together and help each other out, please do so - we'll catch what we can but we can't be everywhere. I appreciate the help.

Updated my information further on my OP.

Do you want my address, birth certificate, Social Security number, & blood type & sample to go along with that? Tax receipts maybe? Bank info?

Seriously...I can post a 5000 word essay on my problem doesn't help much when nobody with my problem seems to be getting any answers.... I appreciate your patience & the position you are in.

I work in a customer service field & its no easy task. Just frustrating to anticipate playing the game & then get absolutely nothing. Hell I'll take people's buggy crashy games for the opportunity to see the first 20 minutes of the game.
