Here are a few tips if you want to have a better chance of getting your technical issues solved by the community...

When reporting a problem, be sure to post your system specs first, the more specs the better.

Operating System (x86/64x):
Graphics Card:
CPU :
GFX Driver Version:
Sound Card:

Here are some questions to answer which may help...

How did you purchase the game? (Steam, Hard Copy, D2D, etc..)
Does the problem occur randomly?
Can you repeat the error or issue?
Are any error messages popping up?

Most importantly, calmly state what the problem is in as much detail as possible. Believe me, I know how much it sucks buying a new game and it doesn't run but saying something like "WTF BIOWARE MAI GAME DUNT START" is going to get you nowhere.

I know we have many computer savvy people on these forums, and if we can be a bit organized I'm sure we can figure out some of the issues.   One of the benefits of playing on PC is sometimes we can solve our own problems unlike waiting for a console patch!

Thanks Tasty Burger! There are more of you than there are of us so it comes down to simple case of numbers. If you guys are able to band together and help each other out, please do so - we'll catch what we can but we can't be everywhere. I appreciate the help.
