I have registered my Signature Edition, and entered all the codes I've received. My account says I have all the SE's content and all the DLC.

However in game I do not have any of these except for the Blood Dragon armor and a couple of others.

At first I did register my copy to my new email because of an incident regarding my "old" account. (I changed my windows live ID a few months back that was linked to my Gamertag, but according to EA servers I didn't.) However that was resolved from EA.

I am also missing all of the signature edition's bonus content. Even though it's listed as being unlocked on my registered game content page, it's simply not showing up on my xbox. It would be nice for bioware, ea, or whoever resolves these issues to fix it. However, the better option would have been the use of a standard xbox live redemption code for the signature series content. Why make all of us console owners jump through these extra hoops? I just don't understand the need.

I see others have the same problem as me, I have the signature edition and when I came in here to redeem my bonus content I thought its was on the game at least that is what it tells me but I only recived three books, cliffs of kirkwall, lothering lament and one other but no fadeshear or lion of orleis or might of sten, is going to be a big problem? or can Bioware fix it?

Currently there is an issue where the 'unlockables' menu is not properly reflecting what is actually unlocked on your account right away (it will eventually). This does not, however, reflect what you will actually find in the Special Deliveries chest in Gamlen's house.

If your account is entitled to any particular item you should do the following:
1. Verify that your EA Online account directly matches your Social.Bioware.com account login
2. Verify that you are in fact logged in to the EA Online Account
3. Go to Gamlen's House in lowtown and check inside the Special Deliveries chest for your items

If, and only if, you still have issues after those three things, feel free to post asking for additional help.

Ok, after finally figuring out that my EA account e mail wasn't the same as my X box live account e mail...i did get ahold of EA support tect and was able to merge my account that I had originally with EA to a new account that I made on EA.com. The new account that I made the correction on where I used my x box live account e mail....and then after a few minutes on the phone with the tech my persona that was tagged to my GT was now in place and then I was able to receive extra goody content except there still is a few goodies that still hasn't show up yet and I'm aware of the facebook game that unlocks goodies also which I still need to do, but the nice sword and shield still hasn't showed up yet nor has the frozen boots, staff, belt or one of the books your supposed to get. Basicly it's more hoops than one should have to jump through in order to get the things that your entitled to get. It would be easier to just input all the codes in the code redemption place on the x box or Ps3 for that matter.

I have done all 3 of those steps, I originally had two separate accounts but EA fixed that for me. I've checked Gamlen's house, made sure I'm logged into the EA servers and are on the same account.

Hi, I have checked all those things and all other rewards have worked for me apart from the free download of the exiled prince. I looked in downloadable content but I only see the one where I have to pay for that DLC. As I thought it was included in the signature edition I am kind of reluctant to do that.

All this confusion arises mainly due to multiple locations redemption. If Dragon Age 2 gives all content download via the relevant gaming platform (Xbox360 / PS3 / PC) etc.. this mess wouldn't have happen!!

sigh.. my Xbox360 Signature Edition Bonus Contents are now linked with a email account that are different from my xbox sign-in as well as gamer tag.

does that mean i lost my bonus content even though i paid for it?? :| :( Extremely frustrated with this situation).

Well its nice to see that i am not the only poor sod out there that has been screwed over by ea and all it's hoops!
I have done all the above multiple times and still can't access the extra content. I am now awaiting yet another reply from ea on how they are going to resolve this issue after merging accounts and linking this, that and the other - EA what  an absolute mess you have caused from something that should have been so simple has now become an absolute nightmare. Why oh why oh why did you not just issue redeem codes according the the console you are using as with some of the other content, ie xbox codes worked instantly as usual without any problems what so ever but your codes are useless. Yet another frustrated and upset customer!!!! I will keep you all up dated on my progress. By the Fangs of Growgor ea i am on a mission to get what is my birth right, i shall not rest until the extra content is mine..........Ha ha ha ha !!!!

Just received an email from Bioware. They recognized my error with the code redemption mess-up and had issued me with a new set of codes.

I believe i had redeemed this code with the correct account this time.. will be starting a new game now..

Wish me luck.. hope the contents are there!! :>>

It's almost like the whole thing is selective...neverminding that owners of the game seem to keep getting ripped from not getting all of their entitled stuff that everyone should be getting. Not to mention I can't even get a reply from Bioware stating why they can't come up with the answer. But hey THANKS ANYWAYS!

Hi, I'm also missing signature edition content - no sword, bow, staff or shield in the chest. As I pre-ordered from Play.com in the UK, presume I should also have Lion sheild and fadeshear.

My EA account email is the same as my Bioware account one and I have registered the game on 360 at both portals (though strangely, the EA site continues to say I haven't played DS2 online).

Bioware - any help appreciated.

Spoke to EA tech support today who were very helpful. They sorted the issue from their end - unlocking extra armour as an apology for the inconvenience. They then advised clearing the system cache and logging out of live and then setting the date to 11/15/05 and the time to 0000.

Logged back in and everything arrived in the chest.

I tried the above - no joy. I am half way through the game now so getting any extra content has become a comlpete waste of time - nice one EA another unhappy chappy!
