Every time I go to activate the game it says I have invalid email or password.  I have changed my password three times and rechecked to see that the proper code was entered.  I also registered the game here and entered the bonus codes, all were accepted.  I got the signature edition at my local Gamestop.  Everything is valid on the BioWare social network, yet the game says email and password are invalid.  Each time I asked for a reset the email was sent to the one I am using to log into activate the game.  Plan on contacting customer service in the morning.

Thanks, Aterna. I'm going to send you a private message with the email address I see on my end. Thanks.

I noticed when trying to activate the game again it keeps saying I am not online when infact I am online. So I uninstalled game, reinstalled Direct X and the game, still get same message invalid email or password.

I tried EA's CSR chat service earlier but they were unable to help. I suppose I'll call tomorrow. Maybe between the two of us, we can get some kind of solution. I'll let you know if I find a fix.

After talking to customer support and they were able to log into my account I looked for information on my computer. I discovered it was my webroot security program, when I right clicked on it a turned the gamer mode off I was able to activate the game. I was able to give this information to the customer support at EA, hope this helps some of you.

Ha! That was exactly it. I use webroot too, although I went out of my way to put an exception in it for DA2 yesterday. For whatever reason though, gamer mode worked. Thanks for the heads up!!!

Glad it worked for you guys. There were reports of Windows Firewall doing the same as well.
