 Hey guys I haven't play much yet but I have noticed that in the quest menu there are quests called rumors. Some of them say things like not available at this time, but other don't. I was wondering what the deal was with them. Are they quests? Should I be pursuing them? Or are they something else...like the precursor to quests? Thanks for any info you can give me and please avoid spoilers. Thanks

They're quest, but you have to look for them. Just check what the rumor says and go to the appropriate area/time.
