Ok, so with 24 hours passed I would have figured that if this was a common bug it would have been squashed, however this isn't the case.

Even with the item on my entitlements page, and trying to sign up for them again twice each, the Staff of Parthalon and Hindsight are still not carrying over to my game from my EA account. Strangely, the case is not the same for Boots of the Frozen Wastes, Hayders Razor, the Tomes, or the first two Legends rewards.

Why is it that these two items aren't being given to me?

As I said, I tried re-signing for them twice, they are STILL on my entitlements page, and when I click more info, all it says is that they are unlocked and to recieve them to "Log onto Dragon Age 2, check to ensure that they are awarded under Unlockables in Extras (which they are not, but the other items are..?) and find them in the chest in Gamlin's house."

Obviously I can't find them in the chest because the Unlockables page is still saying that they need to be unlocked. Seriously? What's going on here Bioware? I want my staff and belt.
