My ps3 has not froze much and i will intend to keep it that way because if this game bricks my ps3 who do i bill for a new one....

after a shout start to the game i get to the part with flemeth and in the cutscene with her telling the man his blood is already tainted it froze.. now in the main city a long while probably 8hrs or more i zone in take 2 steps and boom freeze

either fix this quick or DA2 will be on the shelf with Fallout New vegas to never be played again and you will never recieve my buisness ever again I expected more from you Bioware please make me proud<_<

first freeze was about 30 mins into playing second was about 8+ hrs in

Regular version of DA2 didnt preorder it in time for signature edition >.<

Game just froze on me, I was at the docks helping Harromont's nephew moving onto the first group in his way.

It froze on me about three or four times on the PS3 as well. (and I'm not that far into it.) Thank God the game autosaves as often as it does!

It has also froze on me, During when I had to find Keran. As soon as I talk to him for the conversation Cutscene it started to freeze and my PS3 Doesn't freeze often.

Hey, at least you can get past the class selection screen. I haven't been able to make it to customization screen without freezing my console entirely.

This is a horribly dev'd game. Bioware, did you even test this?

Yea seriously... Either they refund ALL of our money or send an update to fix up the mess up. I am trying the full deletion of save and the game data. Hopefully this doesn't auto freeze in the beginning.

wow .. and i thought i was the only one .. but then it only froze on me once .. hopefully no more .

It's frozen 3 times on me. All 3 times were the second part of Avaline's quest. After turning it in to her boss (or whatever) and checking the duty roster it freezes when the chick runs up and starts a conversation. All 3 freezes were at different points in the conversation, but the same conversation none-the-less.

It seems to randomly freeze, depending on circumstances - But as others have said, your best bet is to go to the main freezing thread and let the devs know you're having issues as well.
