I'm about 15 hours in and I've only found 2 visually different robes (not including palette swaps) :/

Yeah, been using pretty old robes, just because they dont look... odd. Get hurt a lot more, and its kinda making me mad. I want that awesome robe that the first enchanter has, looks so much better than anything i have seen so far.

I've given up finding decent robes so now I'm pumping Dex and Cunning so I can just wear rogue armor.

I guess I'm going to be pumping my stats now too, the robes are hideous! Is it so hard to ask for one set of robes that don't make my Hawk look like a frumpy old woman? Standing next to Isabella makes me sad.

Maaaaan. . . So wasn't hoping to hear that. . . I was hoping that since the graphics have been hugely updated their artists that worked on the characters wouldn't suck so much . . .
Why is it that in almost all RPGs that mages get some of the worst artists to attend to them. . .
Ya ya, some of this was pretty harsh to say. . . I apologize.

Champion's gear is the best of all of them.

Champion's is an awesome set, though the DLC ones are pretty nice as well. The 'Robes' of the Notorious Pirate, however, were my primary robes for most of Act 2 and Act 3 until I got the Champion's Robe.

I thought from interviews there would be more 'disguised' mage robes like what you start with. I would have loved to see some styling pants/top mageRobe combinations, something mage-y without being a full on robe. Especially if that will let you see different combinations with gloves and boots which you miss out on in robes.
I ended up buying robes at the stores in hightown and low town just to see what styles I could find.
So far there's the pinstripe robe, the pallette swap of Orsino's robes (which have pale hands even if your character has dark skin >:[ ) and some robes that look like ones from the first game..
