As soon as I got to the deep roads I noticed it was taking a lot longer to kill enemies. I figured it was just because they were tougher, but when I got back to Kirkwall I decided to turn on my damage numbers and go into a fight alone. My normal hits and abilities are doing no damage except for the +3 spirit damage that is on my weapon.

Is this a known issue? Or is it an isolated case?

Are you playing on nightmare and using a weapon that does elemental damage? Also, turn on damage pop-ups on hit from the gameplay options so you can better see whats going on.
