how or when do i aquire prince sebastian to my party?? also can anyone tell me where the last descent armor set is??

Yeah when "stumbling" on his quest line I was doing another quest. Turns out I killed his parents killers. Went back and talked to him, turned in guest, now all he does is stand in the chantry, and I can add him to my party.

After doing his first quest(which should get triggered the moment you step in front of Chantry in Act 1), you get 1 more quest(through a letter in Act 2 I think) after which you can recruit him.
