frist is i need dl link to the black epormeam or how ever that is spelled the free dlc with pre order
second are the cheats the same or will the save game editor work on it
haven troubles freeing the mages on last fight

The DL link is in your promo list here on the site. Enabling the cheat console is the same as Origins, as for the cheats themselves, I recommend looking at the Wikia.

DLC is available under your profile, tab to the left <= of your post and then choose "your registered game content" to go to that page. You will probably have to then click more info to dl, but it is there, at least is was for me on PC version.
