Alright, so I go to Ander's and he promises to give me the map of the location where the little guy wants to guy. I do his mission but no new quest pops up on my map where to go for that small guys quest.

Also am I actually inside Kirkwall or am I outside of it? I can't really tell to be exact but I know I need to do the little dwarf's quest if I want to coutinue with the main storyline. Can anyone tell me what I'm missing
