 I purchased the signature edition and was surprised it came as a direct download, instead of a nice DVD box. Anyway, started the game but I could not find the game manual anywhere.

Does anyone know how to obtain a copy of the game manual or how to access the game manual for DLC copies of Dragon Age 2 ?
