Since I didn't do it I thought I'd tell everyone else, when you're investigating the Qunari kidnappings in Act 2, make sure to pick a fight with the entire bar. If you don't, then a patron which drops the second suit of rogue armor won't attack and you won't get it.

And the curse of the blackblade set for rogues strikes again, despite the fact that Kanky Hammertoe is supposed to drop the helmet of Enasalin he does not. Boo. Anyone else find it elsewhere?

Plenty of guides, heh. There's a set of armor per class for each act that has 4 bosses that drop them, sadly this one doesn't.

Disregard, I found the drop on a random encounter at the end of act 2 right before you go to see the Qunari. =)

How do you pick a fight with the whole bar? All 3 option ends with people not helping him.

Mmm You dont pick a fight with the "whole bar" when you are confronting the drunk about who he was working for, just fight him, or goad him into fighting if you want to NOT be a murdering wretch.

Dont bring Avaline, Isabella, or varric with you to the bar and u will get the max people to fight you and thats how i got the armor to drop on my third try.

Boots are in a chest behind Bartrand (act 2, Varric's Friend Ship quest).

Enasalin Chest found on Patron in a bar fight at the Hanged Man (act 2, After speaking with the Vicount about missing Qunari evoy).

Well its official the helm that the guide says drops in the misc quest to kill the gang leader of the docks at night is a random drop. I was about to give up and just go into the last part of act 2 when i looked in my inventory and I must have picked it up and didn't notice. If you are like me and trying in a vain attempt to kill the gang leader multiple times since his drops are not always the same just give up and move on. The Act 3 armor is WAY better and easier to get anyway.

Gloves Found in a chest inside the foundry of the low town district (act 2, Quest to save your Mother).

Judging by the other quests i draw only two conclusions: Its random in this district after a certain point in the plot, or this chest is where they are found and people havent taken notice of them due to the hastiness or this particular quest.

Helmet found inside a building of the docks district, very first drop, random thug (act 2, Following the Qun Quest).

I now have the helm, gloves, chest and boots - they dont appeare to be giving me a bonus?? is there a belt?

so what is the best rogue armor in this game so far? or does anyone know yet?
im working on getting the enasalin, but im still wearing the last descent.
so far i have the chest and the boots.
@nightmind, which quest following the qun quests does the helmet drop in? i hope i havent passed it already

I think the helm drops off "Kanky" Hammertoe, the undercuts boss during the lowdown mission at the docks, or is supposed to but I'v tried numerous times and have not gotten it to drop yet.

Someone correct me if I am wrong

@Squeezit on a quest that loaded me directly from the map into a building (bypassing the actual Docks area). When i left the building, i was in the docks. I think is was the part where I had to try to save the qunari Envoy from Sister **** face of the chantry. Cant be 100% certain on that though.

Still no set bonus given from wearing the Enasalin: Boots, Helm, Gloves, Chest. I wonder if its because i put a Rune Enchantment in the chest piece before i finished the set... *sigh*

Found it, the set doesnt showa bonus anywhere but inside your Abilities tree (where the dog skil is). Enasalin Set bonus: +2dex, 3%dodge - ehh

ya the helmet is found after you meet with the viscount and have to convince his son to return from the quanari, after the mother goes missing quest where you find the gloves, you get ambushed on the way to the docks and one of the thugs has the helm

I've been hammering the same autosave for over an hour just to get the Helm of Enasalin and still no luck. I'm even wearing a pendant that gives me an item drop boost but that's not helping much. Is this bugged?
