So I guess even Adam Sessler doesn't like this game. On the new Sessler's Soapbox he says that sleeping with your teamates is the only fun thing to do in the game. wow.

who? I really don't care what he says. I know what I like and I don't need other people deciding for me

Sessler needs to take his hands out of his pockets once and a while.

Adam Sessler is a famous game critic who used to work for G4 Tech TV
If you don't know him, you live under a rock.

I don't like it as much as Dragon Age Origins, but it's still a great game. I miss the campsite quite a lot. Being able to talk to everyone in one place and have that vendor there..miss that a lot. Hate having to go all around Krikwall to talk to my party members. Combat is fun though. Combining different skills with other class skills is good times.

Or you don't care of the opinions from that joke of a gaming channel. only thing thats good about it is when E3 comes around.

I trust the Sess' more than I trust most other reviewers. That being said, I think he was being pretty generous.

whenever somebody gives a review that doesn't agree with your opinion on the game it automatically means that particular gaming outlet is a joke? riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight.....fail more. I trust Sessler more than a lot of the other reviewers, he at least seems like he genuinely likes games.

A game critic that considered ME2 a nearly perfect game and that thought that DA:O sucked. So, maybe YOU live under a rock and don't read the review but he do not like DA2 because it's not old school enough. Quite the contruary. Most negative critics are saying that the game has not been streamlined and casualized enough.

No critics give a **** about BG gameplay unfortunately and most praise the voice over.

Having said that: game critic... is it even a work?

He made great reviews, you all should listen to his other reviews.

Sometimes you have to get your head out of the dirt and think for yourselves. Sure, X-Play's reviews are the only ones I really trust, but even then I find myself disagreeing with a lot of them.

Here's the thing: Different people have different opinions. Shocking, I know. From what I can see, most people really were expecting a Dragon Age: Origins 2 despite all the news about the game NOT being DA:O 2. Shame.

As someone whose actually played the game and not just 5 minutes of the demo? It's pretty good, though running sidequests for hours on end gets a bit dull.

Famous or not, he's just 1 of however many human beings on this planet with an opinion, an opinion that people can choose to ignore if they wish.

Just because this Sessler fella is well known (even though this is the first time I hear of him) doesn't mean his opinion is more important than others'.

To quote this guy.

"despite G4's 5/5 review I, personally, felt lukewarm about Dragon Age: Origins"

So he did not really like the first one, thus i don't think he should have been reviewing the game at all. So i do not put much stock into what he says when it comes to DA2.

Oh they are...despite the fact that the game recieved bad reviews from both game critics and customers, according to your philosophy they should all be disregarded as opinion.

This thread is a perfect example of Bioware fanboys with their head in their butt

The only famous critics I know are Roger Ebert, The Angry Video Game Nerd, Yahtzee and the Nostalgia Critic.
