 Okay i been trying everything, My gamertag is Linked,Email is classified. Everything is right. i enter the code and it doesn't work. So far i done Lower case on mass effect 2 screen and Caps didn't work so i tried it online and it didn't work ether doesn't even say code used. How do i put in the code Properly Like as in 
2344-3453-5564-4354 but Cerberus Code wise. 

PLEASE HELP.
