I am a huge fan of all your (RPG-)games since Baldur's Gate and I am a collector, who buys all the Special/Collector/Signature-Editions. (BTW: I like it, that you always give them special names, not just a standard "special"-something.)
Oh, and sorry for non-perfect english. I am from Germany.
Well, today I got my pre-ordered Signature-Edition of DAII and I was very sad: The packaging, well, that black thing where the CD is in, is broken. It was not protected very well and there is a hole on the right side, where you can open it.
I contacted my retailer, it is amazon (is it allowed to say that?) and they said:
"We can't replace it, there are no more Signature Editions available from us. We can give you 2,50€."
Well, I don't care for money, even if it was 250€, I am a collector and I want a nice and intact packaging for my collection.
So, my question is: Is there any possibility to get just a new packaging of the signature edition?
The DVD is fine, the game works, well, can't play it yet, have to wait for March 10th.
Whom can I contact?
It doesn't matter, if it's the german packaging (it would be even cool to have an english one.)
I'd pay for it and for the sending.
Or do you other fans know a way?
