I preordered Dragon Age II on March 4; do I still get Fadeshear and that shield? Is it supposed to come as another paper with a code separate from the one that gives the warhound and the black emporium?

I also cant get my DLC to work.... Followed all the directions, Preordered and got an unlock code... then typed it into the approprite area http://dragonage.bioware.com/redeem Then nothing. I wonder what I did wrong...

I have the Black Emporium, so do I get the fadeshear and shield there? I pre-ordered my game from Amazon.
