I can't find this location.

Go to your uncle's house, watch the cutscene between he and your mother, then interact with your sibling. Enter the underdark(is that what it is called: has an icon of a rat) and basically keep left (watch for the destination marker on your local map). The entrance looks like a wooden ladder leaning into what might look like a mine.
