I got my Signature Edition today, but I can't see any code inside the case to redeem on the PSN? I've looked at the manual several times but I can't find it. Is the code on a seperate paper inside the case or should it be in the manual?

mine was in a separate piece of paper right behind the manual. its was only for the black emporium though. arent we supposed to get the exiled prince too?

Damn I didn't get any separate paper in the case just the manual. But how can this be? My case was sealed brand new. Did EA mess up?

It sounds like you might not have gotten the signature edition. Maybe the cashier gave you the wrong game?

No I got the Signature Edition, It clearly says so on the cover. Back of the cover it says " Signature Edition includes the Full Dragon Age 2game plus loads of additional content such as; A download code for a playable character and bonus missions" etc.

The code is on the insert titled "Activate Your Online Pass." It activates the Black Emporium and all the Signature Edition content including the Exiled Prince DLC. The other side of the insert has the code for downloading the soundtrack.

I have this same problem. I ordered the Signature Edition but all I got inside was the manual and a add for Mass Effect and a Dead Space how to for the Isaac Clarke armor. If anyone figures out what to do please let me know!

I have contacted EA and got a new code. Obviously something went wrong with the packaging..Howerver I still don¨t know how to get the soundtrack for the game, can anyone comment on if there should be yet ANOTHER code for downloading the soundtrack? Should I contact EA again for this? And where do you input the code for the sountrack anyway?

On the insert that says "activate your account" or whatever...look on the back of it.

I also live in Asia. I know I can't redeem my code from US PSN because I live in the Philippines. But is it also the same in Bioware site? I tried redeeming the code using the Redeem Code in my profile, but it doesn't work also.

I live in Australia and I got the SE version which include online pass but I can't redeem code. According to live support, DA2 for this region and Europe will be officially released on a later date and therefore I'm unable to redeem code yet. Hope it's true.

Well I got the insert with both codes on it but sadly the code for signature edition goodies is 12 digits long. I could be wrong but since EVERY codes so far I have had to enter for PC and PS3 save online pass is 16 digits not 12. I tried to redeem but it say not recognised make sure you typed it correctly, and or contact EA support. I have contacted ea support, but I was still waiting for previous replies to DAO install failures.

My insert only had one 12 digit code. I entered it and it gave me The Black Emporium and The Exiled Prince but NOT the Digital Armory weapons. I've already checked the "Special Deliveries" chest several times, they are not there. My other promotional items were however. I contacted EA Customer Support on the 8th and was told the will look into it and respond in 24/48 hours. I've had no replies from them since...

I'm highly annoyed.

I was missing the codes for the black emporium and the prince. I did have the code for the OST. I contacted EA via email and chat and was given a code for the black emporium but told I was SOL regarding the prince as it was a pre-order code (mind you I ordered it back in freakin' Oct the week the pre-order bonus/sig edition were announced) and they flat out didn't have a code for the prince on the PS3. They told me to contact Gamestop - not holding my breath. I also asked if they were going to have a code available in future and they said they had not 'received any official notice'. Riiiiight. So basically I think I'm screwed. :/

Also they suggested I input the UIC (?? wtf is that?) code from the rear of the manual on this site. There are two codes, one listed as the proof of purchase for the bioware signature edition and a second under the barcode that incorporates the first number. Neither worked. The first code is 7 digits and the second is 12. :/
