 Whenever I try to purchase Bioware points to buy the Exiled Prince I always get this message: 

The card number is not unique for the given user

 I can't see why this happens since there is nothing wrong with the card at all, I've triple checked everything and I can't seem to find the root of the problem.. Can anyone help?
