I bought DA2 a few months ago when they were running that deal where you got the Prince DLC and whatnot included for free with pre-order. I don't see any way to activate that with the codes in the EA download manager. Anyone been able to do this?

Ok, well, I'm not happy at all with the way the DLC is installed.  It took a while for me to get this right.

First, you might have to redeem your promo code to put the DLC into your BioWare Social Network profile that is hopefully linked to your EA account.  social.bioware.com/redeem_code.php

Now, you should have the DLC in your profile social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php

In your list, if everything went well (hopefully), you should have The Exiled Prince and The Black Emporium DLC's active.  These require you to take more steps to install them in DA2.  To the far right column, under "Download", it will say, "More Info - PC" and "More Info - Mac".  Depending on your operating system, click that to actually download the DLC file.  Install that file.  And then you should be good.  Once installed, start up DA2, and in the main menu under "Downloadable Content", it should be there as installed.

Pretty crazy, right?

I agree that this is not the easiest way to download content. Bioware needs to create a sticky with instructions on how to install all downloadable content.
