Mm, so I am having trouble completing a quest called 'Shepherding Wolves,' found under the Rumors quest tab. Apparently, I'm supposed to head to Lowtown at night, encounter thugs and ultimately talk to someone named Sister Petrice. Thing is, I've been there and I did fight thugs, but Petrice is nowhere to be found and I've no idea how to get to her place or the undercity (if there is one besides Darktown--I know how to get there) for that matter. Any ideas?

Did you do the Blackpowder Promise yet? You have to do that quest before the Shepherding Wolves one to unlock it.

Wow, I JUST did that quest and it popped up. Lol. I spent 30 minutes wandering around Lowtown at night instead of doing the other quests. Didn't know I needed to do that. I came back here to post that I answered my own darn question, but I'm glad to know that, had I not figured it out, someone was kind enough to answer me, so thank you.
