I am not pleased at all with what happened to me. I went through the hassle of getting the Signature Edition of Dragon Age 2. I installed it, and remdeemed my code, and low and behold The Exiled Prince and The Black Emporium don't show up as content in the signature edition.

On top of this, I can't find out where to go to download the soundtrack, there is no website listed in the documentation for downloading the soundtrack.

I honestly start to wonder why some of this stuff isn't well documented by EA and Bioware.

Sorry to say the soundtrack doesn't show up, and then they expect me to pay extra for the two DLC's that are included with the signature edtion. What this amounts to is robbery.

Do you have the sig. items then? I got two pamphlets (one with shield and sword), one with sig edition stuff (inside the box) in addition to the cd key. Have you registered all three?

Update, fricking EA/Bioware messed up the servers some how, within the past 20 minutes and I ended up having to input my code for the second time to get my signature edition stuff, including the soundtrack, and this time I was actually able to download this stuff.

What their friggin problem is or was, is beyond me. I person shouldn't have to input their signature edition code twice, just to download the signature edition content. Makes me mad they pulled this garbage.

Wake up, I don't need your bull. Fact is, is that I had to input the code twice, which I shouldn't have had to do, to get the signature edition stuff. Amounts to a royal screwup on the part of EA/Bioware.

Garbage like this happened with Dragon Age Origins, and with Mass Effect 2, from what I've seen on these forums.

They obviously hate you, personally, and have spent millions of dollars to engineer this grand scheme to promote a game, print up hundreds of thousands of DVDs and materials, and ship them all around the world... just to give you a hard time.

You need to realize that things are swamped because they sold a lot of pre-order games, and that, shockingly,  this can cause an occasional problem, of which I'll assume you were an unfortunate victim.

Part of me thinks you deserved mocked mercilessly for complaining about having to input a code TWICE and calling it a royal screwup.

The game doesn't damage your FAT system (*cough* Mechwarrior *cough*) or delete ciritical system files or a dozen other royal screwups on the part of the maker.

But at the same time, I understand your irritation. For some reason the Exiled Prince is exiled from my download page.

I cant see any download-able conten ither. Not the prince nor the music. Iv tried to log in and out several times and such. What should ido? Iv done the most things the people on the forum suggested...

i Bought it 8th day of January 2011
so i should get bonus item codes yes??
i never got them nor my Ea downloader loaded Signature Edition Dragon
just Regular!!! i am kinda upset how they can screw up something like this...

Um, no.  DLC snafoos are one problem amongst many with the release of this game.  People have a right to be angry when they purchase a product and don't get what's advertised.  If this was the only problem, I would agree with you.  But there's a plethora of things that have made this a plague of a release.

The experience for PC is a bit weird. You can't use codes or get content in-game. What you need to do is this:
1. Quit the game.
2. Go to Profile -> Redeem Promo Code on this site and enter your promo codes.
3. Go to Profile -> Your registered game content on this site.
4. You should see all your loot. All the signature edition / preorder stuff you just unlocked should have a More Info - PC link next to it.
5. Click those More Info links to get a popup with a download link.
6. Download and run the program, it will install the content.
7. Once you've got everything installed, start DA2 again and all your stuff should appear either in the DLC section or in the Extras->Unlockables section.

I've just received the Signature Edition today and inside the case I have the key on the back of the game manual as well as a key for the online pass. I've registered the game with the manual key and have used the online pass key on the promo page yet I am missing the Signature Edition DLC. Am I missing something really obvious?

Nevermind, entered the promo code again and it worked.

OMG you had to type something twice? This is like a crime against humanity. This eclipses anything else currently happening in the world. Your having such rotten luck. Those people who just got hit by a tsunami are glad they arn't you right now.

Please get a perspective on things... A small bug occured. It happens.

I'm still missing my signature edition DLC though everything else shows up. Just wrote to EA about that...hopefully they fix this soon.
