 I have fadeshear and the lion of orlais which I got for pre-ordering/registering. So if I pre-ordered it then obviously it's a new copy. So why is the black emporium not showing up in my registered game promotions?

Hmm I have black emporium but are missing fadeshear and the lion of orlais.

How did you get emporium. The way I got fadeshear and lion of orlais was in your uncles house there's a chest called "Special deliveries" which has all your bonus items in it. That's assuming it shows up on your registered game promotions. If they aren't then you have to register your game with the correct CD Key so that it knows it was a preorder. And also sign in using the same bioware social account.

I also don't have the black emporium or any of my signature items, the exiled price or the soundtrack (

Looks like the dlc in my profile couldn't decide if I was using a PC or Mac. You guys and gals may want to check there. Under profile, then your registered game content. You should see the link asking what platform to use.

Same here mine says it has already been redeemed but none of the signature items,dlc, etc are there. Can we have a dev comment on this? Thanks

This worked for me.  DLC installed fine.

I'm finding the same problem. It said I successfully registered the code for the Black Emporium, but it's not showing up and still shows in Downloadable Content as something I need to buy. Would appreciate a dev response on what to do.

They should show in your "profile registered game content". The Black Emporium, Exile Prince and both Signature edition content and soundtrack have to be downloaded to your harddisk, they are not ingame downloads. Once installed they will appear on the DLC page of the game.

Yeah, I had registered the addon/dlc after installing the game, and it showed up in my registered content fine in my online profile here.  Instead of saying "downloaded" though, it was requiring me to select wich OS platform to use.  Clicking that, I was given a new window to download the appropriate addon pack as an installer outside of the game.  I ran the installer, and then it showed up correctly in-game under my dlc content.

A little better instruction set would have been a good idea. Web menus aren't always as intuitive as those who built them think

Profile -- your registered game content -- more info PC -- download link bottom of popup window

Download, install, start game.

It did the same thing to me.  I guess the link changed, but you can use the redeem code features here on the bioware socialnetwork just fine.

I feel like they need better instructions for this stuff. They keep telling you how to qualify for them but not how to get them working. Maybe my confusion is coming from the fact my steam version gave me 3 CD keys but only one worked to register the game...I'm assuming one of the others is my promo code for Black Emporium? How do I know?

Edit: In the meantime, I solved it.
I changed the site language to Hungarian and entered the code again.
I don't know if changing the site language was necessary, but now I have all the SE contant in my registered game promotions.


I have the same problem.
Got the code with the box.
Registered it here (redeem promo code), the site confirms I have :
The Black Emporium
Signature Edition Rewards
Dragon Age II Soundtrack - Signature Edition
The Exiled Prince

Yet, none of these show up in my "Registered Game promotions".
Amulet of Ashes, Fadeshear Sword and The Lions of Orlais show up all right after registration.

Same here I just can't see the dlc stuff. It's not a problem of downloading but it's just not on my registered game content page even though I redeemed my code
