i just tryed to re enter the codes at the reedem page and they work now try them

I was able to register it properly with the Steam version. You have to use the game entitlement key ( right click DAII in your Steam Library. Then it will appear in your bioware registered game content and you will be able to d/l. However after that you are hooped, as you will not be able to install it. I think that the installation exe looks for registry entries that do not exist for the steam version and the installer will not run. I guess I'll we'll have to wait for AE/bioware/Steam sort it out or someone to post a registry hack that will allow the installer to run.

I have the steam version.
If you open your steam cilent and select Dragon Age II you should see a link called 'CD Key' in the links section to the right.

The first code is your Dragon age II CD key.
The second labeled 'Dragon Age II - Entitlement Key' is for the Black Emporium.
The third labeled 'Dragon Age II - Preorder Entitlement Key' is for the sword and shield.

The two Entitlement Keys should be redeemed on the Redeem Promo Code page on this site.

Then you can manually download and install the Black Emporium from the 'Your registered game content' page.
The Sword and Shield will automatically appear in game when you log in under Extras -> Unlockables.

That should cover it.

The installer for the Black Emporium worked just fine for me.

I will check out that installer, as I have the same issues, well, kinda....for some reason my unlockables are there but I can't open my delivery chest in the apartment...lol

So yes, I don't have this problem. I only have the 'you have to beat the game without saving or dieing once' problem. It kind of puts a damper on things. Oh well.

I've manually downloaded EP, BE, SE but when I try and run it an error window pops up and says that it requires Dragon Age 2 to be installed. It is installed! Ahhh. This is all on top of the fact that my pre-ordered signature collection won't get passed the date checker with out a crack :/ I've tried installing them w/o the crack too and that doesn't work either :/ I'm a PC user from North America. I've entered all my codes, and they show up in my registered game content. Please help Bioware!

Can someone post a similar guide for the EA Store version? Because I got no extra code and all my SE stuff is missing...

To anyone that is having a problem of signature items not showing up in their registered game content page then listen up!

If you contant ea support saying you can't get the items to show up. They sent me new codes and I am downloading all of the extra content right now!

Here's what I've experienced. I preloaded the game, I played the game maxed. I had issues with dx11 I know big surprise. But that's for another time. My game didn't come with the content promised already in the game. So I had to search and search for my redeem code because steam and bioware both dropped the ball and neglected to tell people how to do it. Not very professional considering the amount of revenue they generate. I found my promo codes. When you right click the game title, in your library tab, you have to click view my cd key. So I went to the damn site and logged in. Then I put in my promo codes. By the way, they are trying to hide where you enter the promo codes as well. The game takes you to a page to log in you log in and then there's no where to put in the code. You have to register your game. Then click the games link at the top of the page. It brings down a menu and you hover your mouse over Dragon Age 2, then another menu pops out to the side. You can then click the link to enter the promo code. Seems like the damn game could have automatically check itself and registered itself and downloaded the content on it's own. If you qualify for the content why make us take those extra steps? Why, because they aren't professional enough. Any way, I put both codes in and so far in the game I have everything but the damn black emporium. Now you can go to extras in the game then go to unlockables to see my swords, shield, and other goodies. But no black emporium. I got to download content and under where it says installed DLC it is blank. I tried re-entering codes and they say already used. Bioware you owe me the black emporium. I paid for it when I bought the game, it's legally mine so don't tell me you took my code and didn't give me my digital property. And no-one will just flippn tell me where it is so that I know if it's installed or not. As far as I can tell it isn't installed. But I would have to know where it is in the game in order to know if I have it. Did I kinda describe everyone's problem? Will Bioware read this and, in detail, explain to everyone how to get all the content and how to check if you have it. PS. FIX YOUR BUSTED ASS DX11 FEATURES

I activated my dragon age II online pass for redeeming my code for the signature edition, but the content do not shows up in my registered game promotions. When i tried it again, it says: ' No response received from remote server... please check your Registered Game Promotions page to confirm if your promotion has been registered.' But they're not in the list.

I tried once more and then: Unable to redeem code.
That code has already been used, and cannot be redeemed again.

I registered the game, but nothing works. I pre-ordered the signature edition in a store, and bought it today; so i'm actually play it after the release.

I managed to get Black Emporium on my list by using the code where you buy the DLC. Strange since I used that code earlier and it didn 't list it then, but now it does?

Had the same problem (Exiled Prince not showing up, neither Black Emporium and the Soundtrack even after I redeemed the code), went to the Live Chat on ea support, they gave new codes to me, and now it's showing! I'm going to install them see if they work.

I put in the code for black emporium, it is not showing up under registered content, not even giving the option to pick mac or pc, not giving the option for more info. Under available dlc i can see it, but it asks for money then.... and my code now ofcourse says it has been used already

yeah exactly the same problem here, signature edition and none of the dlc that comes with its redeem code :/

I can't get the black emporium either... I redeemed my code and i got fade shear and lion of orlais but no sign of the Black Emporium anywhere! I was wondering wether i have to progress more into the game so that i can unlock the DLC. If that isn't the case what else can i do to gain it!

Does anyone know where to find the promo code for the Black emporium/exiled Prince that came with the DA2 signature edition digital download from the EA store? I can find aa bunch of codes, bit none with 16 numbers.

Went there while logged in, then I got to download it. The system knew I was entitled, but finding it was difficult.
