I wish to buy the DLCs for Mass Effect 2 (apart from the ones which come straight out the box), but it seems the PSN store for Luxembourg isn't important enough to get any of the DLCs. So I was just wondering, is buying it from a different country's PSN store fine?
Download a DLC from a different PSN?

If it is from the same region of the game, then yes, like, american games should have american dlcs, and european games should have european dlcs.

You can buy from the american psn store by using a virtual visa card from entropay or by using an american play station network card. I buy the network cards from Gametimezone.

From my experience, the free DLC like the cerberus pack is runing just fine when bought from UK account but run in Israel account (which, like Luxembourg have no DLC at all).
Paid stuff - I never tried yet

I have the asian version but my ps3 was sent by my dad from NY and I'm a NA PSN member and I have downloaded my firepower and collector pack just fine on the NA PSN. I quess its universal or something but dont take it from me. try to download it through the in-game DLC menu at the extra option, atleast that's what I did.
